Project Catch 22 is a manifestation towards internet piracy & privacy and is meant as an offline peer to peer sharing/multiplying tool which values privacy by hiding information and files. It was initially based on information from Radical Tactics of the Offline Library but quickly became more and more inspired by documentaries such as The Internet’s Own Boy, We Are Legion: The Story of the Hacktivist, Mr. Robot and so on.
The envelope contains a written manifesto, poster and USB. The USB initially appears to be containing only a file called double click me. Once that’s opened a script will be run that gives the user information about the project. It will also copy ripped font families, a cracked version of the Adobe Creative suite and the Magic Bullet suite.
